An experienced teacher, with many years of coaching people through injury or surgery recovery, David enjoys sharing his focussed approach to movement rehabilitation.
In a one-to-one setting, David will work with you so that you can enjoy moving and using your body again.
For more advanced sessions, he can work with resistance training and high intensity exercise. Closely supervised sessions allow you to experience this type of exercise safely and with reduced risk of injury.
David also works well with people who find they can no longer move easily, or have reached that point in life where a more nuanced approach to exercise is needed.
David offers personalised movement sessions that coach you back into moving more comfortably and encourage you to use postural muscles more efficiently, so that you can manage and reduce pain, and regain confidence.
